Returns & Exchanges
All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All exchanges items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item (including but not exclusive to all loungewear, comfortwear, and home goods) for an exchange or store credit, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send your return item. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging or a secure waterproof shipping box/bag [and include your proof of purchase and/or the return form provided].
If it is a local exchange drop off, please indicate in your email that you would like to deliver the return yourself. A time and location will be provided.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We have a strict no refund policy. None will be granted under any circumstances, we only offer exchanges and store credits.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
